The Perfect Bath - Recipe

Baths that are too hot or cold are not relaxing. The temperature should be body heat or very slightly higher, about 35-38 deg C. You can buy special pillows for use in the bath to make yourself as comfortable as possible. You gain most benefit by staying in the water for 20-30 mins. The effects are mild, calming and relaxing.

Ingredients for bath milk

1 egg

1/4 cup olive oil

4 tspns glycerine

1/4 cup dried milk powder

10 drops rose essential oil

10 drops bergamot essential oil

10 drops lavender essential oil

2 cups water

Method

1. Beat the egg, olive oil and glycerine together.

2. Add the milk powder while beating to make a smooth mixture.

3. Beat the essential oils and two cups of water a little at a time until all the ingredients are well mixed.

4. Bottle, label and store in the refrigerator.

5. Add about 1/3 of a cup to the bath water and mix well.

6. Will store for a max of two weeks.

Notes Don't add to very hot water or you will have problems with the egg.
