Sensitive Skin Face Mask - Recipe

This is a really simple recipe you can make at home.

Use this mask once a week if you have sensitive skin.

Ingredients

12 black grapes (with seeds)

2 tbsp runny honey

1 tbsp baby rice

1/2 tsp (colourless) sesame oil

2 drops essential oil of rose

Method

Process the grapes in a blender then mix in the other ingredients.

Apply to cleansed skin

Relax for 15 minutes while the mask dries.

Gently wipe away with a warm, wet face cloth, then splash with luke warm water.

Apply toner and moisturise.
